30-Day Hassle-Free Returns If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. Our return process is simple:

  2. Pack the item securely, ensuring it’s in its original condition.
  3. Depending on the reason for return, follow the instructions provided by our team regarding postage.

Who Covers the Return Postage?

  • Fault on Our Part: If the return is due to a mistake on our end, such as a wrong or defective item, we’ll cover all postage costs. Just make sure to keep hold of any postage receipts.

  • Change of Mind or Customer Error: If the return is due to personal preference or a mistake on the part of the customer, the return shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer.

1-Year Warranty on All Products We stand behind the quality of our products. Every item purchased from Dynas comes with a 1-year warranty. Should your product develop a fault during this period, please contact us immediately. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the situation.

Points to Note:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and refunds to reflect in your account.
